LTE Fair Use Policy (FUP)
All Netafrica Networks LTE packages are subject to a Fair Use Policy (FUP) to help maintain a stable and reliable service for all customers. If your usage reaches the applicable Fair Use threshold, your LTE connection may be throttled to a maximum speed of 2 Mbps for the remainder of the applicable FUP period. The Fair Use Policy is designed to manage excessive or unusually high data usage and ensure fair access to network resources for all customers. Please note: LTE speeds and performance may also vary depending on network coverage, signal strength, network congestion, equipment and other factors outside Netafrica Networks' control.
